Chemostrat’s strong technical involvement in the LaserStrat® service provided an unrivalled experience in portable analytical equipment, data QC and wellsite data interpretation.
As a result, Chemostrat recognise that their wellsite services need to be tailored for deployments on unconventional, conventional plays or for carbonate sequences or on HPHT wells where LWD tools cannot be deployed. In addition, the wellsite analytical workflow should be adapted for exploration and appraisal wells where stratigraphy and source potential are critical, whereas geosteering and completion optimisation are a greater priority in production wells.
Chemostrat have been involved in over 50 wellsite deployments in the North Sea, Middle East North Africa, Canada Brazil and in the Caspian Sea. These jobs involved geosteering, picking casing and coring points and calling TD.
